Kennebunk Beach + My Favorites
Made up of three beaches - Gooch's, Middle and Mother's - Kennebunk Beach is one of the most frequented beaches in Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. Found on the west side of Kennebunk River along Beach Avenue, this area has lifeguards (July to early September) at two of the beaches as well as a pathway that extends for 1.5 mi (2.4 km). Mother's Beach one of three beaches that make up Kennebunk Beach and is located on the west end of Beach Avenue. Lifeguards are on duty from July until Labor Day (early September). There is also a small playground for children and public restrooms are on-site. Visitors need a parking permit for the beach lots or can take a trolley, which will drop them off at the beach. Middle Beach + My Favorites
Situated in between Gooch's and Mother's beaches, Middle Beach is the third area that makes up Kennebunk Beach.
