Rockport All Galleries

At the Prism Glass Gallery and Cafe, visitors can enjoy memorable art and cuisine alike. Both the cafe and gallery are open Wednesday through Sunday and the gallery features brightly-colored glassworks.

This artist-run gallery showcases the works of two Rockport artists: wildlife, nature and scenic photography by Hal Hagy and pottery by Janel Spencer-Hagy. Situated just off Route 17 after Porter Street.

This gallery overlooks Penobscot Bay and is the studio of painter Eveline Henner, whose work features Maine seascapes and urban, floral and still life themes. A limited number of pieces are available as Iris Giclee prints.

The Center for Maine Contemporary Art serves as a museum and public art gallery featuring the works of established and emerging Maine artists. The center is open year round (opening days vary depending on season) and is available for special events.

Located on Vinal Road in Rockport this pottery artisan creates all kinds of pieces both decorative and practical. goods available include, bowls, dishes, teapots, lamp stands and jars.

Carver Hill Gallery isn't like most art galleries out there. Instead of empty rooms filled only with pieces of art, Carver Hill showcases a wide range of New England fine art and craft as one might find it in a home setting, meaning the gallery/house is filled with not only paintings and sculptures, but also handmade furniture, rugs, pottery and tiles. The property also boasts an 1800s restored barn, which serves as an extension to the gallery when extra space is required and which can be rented for special occasions.

This gallery and studio is situated in an old blueberry processing building in Rockport and features a sculpture studio specializing in bronze sculpture as well as blown and cast glass. The glass shop is a hot glass studio where artist Richard Remsen creates his signature large blown glass lures.
