Mary's Walk is an annual event held in memory of Mary Kerry Libby that raise money for cancer research and remembers those whose lives have been taken by cancer. The walk begins at Thornton Academy and concludes with awards and refreshments at the Kerrymen Pub.

This non-profit tournament is held at the mouth of Saco River, in Saco. Fifty percent of the proceeds from the event are donated to the United Way of York County. In addition to the fishing tournament, there is an event dinner on the Thursday evening.
