Wedding Cake House
Many people stop for a photo of the Wedding Cake House while in Kennebunk. Constructed as a present in 1852 by a sea captain for his bride when he was called to sea. This Federal-style home can be viewed from the road, but does not offer tours.

The Tate House was built in 1755 and is now a museum and the property of the National Society of The Colonial Dames of America. Tate House is open to the public from mid-June until the end of September.
