The Portland Harbor Museum is a combination of maritime museum, a working lighthouse, a 19th century fort, and views of Casco Bay. The museum's exhibit for 2000 features "Heros of the Tall Ships: Portland Harbor in the Age of Sail." Open 5 days a week from July to early September. Open weekends in months of May, June, and early September through December.
